Important notice from Toyota Corolla Iwate
Regarding the "DX Postcard" Notification via SMS
Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for your continued patronage of Toyota Corolla Iwate.
In our ongoing efforts to provide you with even better service, we are pleased to announce a new environmentally friendly approach to our vehicle inspection and maintenance notifications.
Starting November 2024, we will be switching to the following methods for notifying you about your vehicle inspection and maintenance schedule, as well as our exciting DokiDoki Carnival events:
- SMS Notifications: We will directly send you vehicle inspection and maintenance reminders, as well as event information, to the mobile phone number you have registered with us.
- Electronic Postcard (DX Postcard, digital postcard): You can access detailed information through a dedicated URL provided in the electronic postcard.
Why are we making this switch?
- Environmental Consideration: By reducing paper usage, we contribute to resource conservation and CO2 emissions reduction, aligning with the SDGs.
- Cost Reduction: By reducing postage costs, we can allocate more resources to improving our services.
- Enhanced Customer Convenience: You can easily access information on your smartphone.
Regarding Mobile Phone Number Registration
- For Customers Who Have Not Yet Registered: Our staff will continue to contact you at your landline number to request your mobile phone number registration.
- For Registered Customers: Please confirm your registered information. If the family name on the received DX postcard is incorrect, please contact us promptly.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact your nearest Toyota Corolla Iwate dealership.
We will continue to strive to provide our customers with peace of mind and satisfaction.
Sincerely, Toyota Corolla Iwate Co., Ltd.

Regarding Your Visit Gift
For details on your visit gift and how to redeem it, please tap "Click here for your visit gift" on the "Electronic Postcard (DX Postcard)" that you can access by clicking the customer-exclusive URL in the SMS you received. While we are gradually phasing out paper postcards, we will have a transitional period for a certain time.
For customers who have added us as a LINE friend and have brought their vehicles in for inspection or other services (those who have registered their customer maintenance information), we kindly ask that you register your mobile phone number at our dealership.
For our continued customers, we plan to introduce DX postcards and a LINE-based system for inspection, vehicle inspection, and other notifications in the future. For more details, please consult with our store staff.
